"The Athenian Niche in Plaka" (180 sqm) is a 2-level house located in the same building with the "The Athenian House’s in Plaka"
They actually share the same main entrance door.  But apart from that they are totally independent.
If you happen to be a big group travelling together maybe you might need to rent both villas and have the whole building to yourselves!

The House can accommodate up to 10 residents. It consists of 3 bedrooms, a big attic, 2 bathrooms, a water closet, a kitchen, a living & dining room and a small patio and a balcony overlooking Lisiou street.
Residents are allowed to use all of the house's premises.

Fully furnished & Equipped with: smart TV, free Wifi, dishwasher, washing machine, A/C, double glazed windows.
It can host up to 10 residents: Two residents in each of the three bedrooms, four more in the attic (2 single beds, a double sofa bed) Kitchen, bathrooms are fully equipped, living and dining room have many amenities (see pictures).

The majority of archaeological sites within walking distance.
Many coffee-houses,restaurants, tavernas, bars, souvenir shops etc at your feet.
Residents are allowed to use all of the house's premises.
